My mother-in-law lives with us, and she cooks some amazing foods.  Her salsas are fantastic.  This one was special, made for my boy's 4th birthday (for the adults ;).  She roasted some chilies I hadn't seen before, guajillo chilies. Yum!  Onions and cilantro gets mixed in last.
